What do you know about WordPress?

I love using WordPress.  I have used other content management systems (CMS) but none, in my opinion, stack up to what WordPress can offer.   Websitebuilder provided me a link to an article “50 Amazing Facts You Probably Don’t Know About WordPress” and I wanted to share it with you.

Here are some of the reasons that I love working with WordPress:

• 29% of websites worldwide are using WordPress which means that the CMS continues be developed and improved upon.
• There are 52, 182 plugins (add on options) which compliment the functionality of WordPress.
• Since 2008, $286, 355, 625 was spent on theme (web design templates) on ThemeForest, which ONLY ONE of the many websites that you can buy WordPress themes from.  Going with a theme is a cost effective starting point when creating a website.
• Amazing security software like Sucuri.net, exisits and continues to improve, because WordPress is so popular.  I like knowing that my security software is keeping up with the CMS I’m using.  It helps me sleep at night.

Those are just a few reasons why I love using WordPress.
